My Story
For over 30 years, I've lived by one truth: when leaders grow, organizations transform.

My journey has taken me from executive leadership in Canada's energy sector to founding Thrive People Strategies in Hawaii, with entrepreneurial ventures in hospitality and consulting along the way. Armed with a Master's in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, I blend evidence-based approaches like Self-Determination Theory with real-world experience.
